Bryant Harrison, the founder of Seventh Wall, is committed to keeping humanity in the tech service industry. He saw more and more automation happening in tech companies but made sure that customer service was NOT automated at Seventh Wall. When you call Seventh Wall, you get to talk to a real person who is knowledgeable and will help. Because of Bryant’s genuine love of other people, all of us here at SW have the job of standing between our clients and the powerful tools we use to keep them safe.  The result of Bryant’s vision is that our clients are shielded from the complexity of technology, and instead, get to use and enjoy their technology. And we all get to help them do that!

Bryant also loves to hang out with his team. There is no end of pranks, inside jokes, funny contests, and laughter at the Seventh Wall offices. Did you know you can get a TON of good work done every day even while having the occasional NERF war or dart contest?  In fact, you get more done because you have a chance to refresh your mind!  Bryant leads by example and teaches fun, practices mindfulness, and works to insure we, and our clients, experience a Culture of Calm wherever Seventh Wall is involved.

I have known the CEO of Seventh Wall (Bryant) for > 10-yrs and many of his team for 3-5 yrs. Everyone else are excellent technicians and great people too!!!

I was down hard, and they had me up and running again with 100% of my files and other issues restored. I work from home for a DC-based firm and could not afford to be down for > 12-hrs. That benchmark was met and then some.

If you want OK support, go somewhere else; but, if you want speed of service with doing it RIGHT so you don’t waste other time -then STOP and look NO further.
